Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment has been received.

Please note:

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

International Orders

  • Europe: 5-14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or courier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where applicable).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

House of Aquila is not responsible for any customs charges incurred after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at houseofaquila1@gmail.com.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

House of Aquila is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at houseofaquila1@gmail.com with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution where appropriate.
